Context

To better serve partners and content creators, LiveXYZ aimed to allow guides creation directly from the web platform. Partners—mostly targeting tourists—needed a way to craft curated experiences by adding venues and events, writing descriptions, and providing comments for each item. This feature extended LiveXYZ’s value as both a discovery tool and a content platform.

Design Challenge

Enable users to sign in and create accounts via the web, synced with the app.
Allow users to add venues and events to guides or saved lists efficiently.
Provide an intuitive interface for writing guide descriptions and adding contextual comments for each venue/event.
Ensure the feature supports partner content creation, while maintaining consistency with the app experience.
Integrate a system that allows easy content editing and updates without conflicts.

Designed web-based account creation flows linked seamlessly to the app.
Developed user flows for guide creation, including adding venues/events and writing descriptions/comments.
Created wireframes and prototypes for partner testing and feedback.
