Context
During the development of LavaMap’s platform, we realized that many first-time buyers struggled to understand the true costs of owning a property. While they could easily see listing prices, most lacked visibility into the monthly financial commitments tied to mortgages, loans, and interest rates. To bridge this gap, we designed an integrated mortgage calculator that educated users and empowered them to make more informed purchasing decisions.
