Context
As LavaMap expanded its property exploration platform, we identified an opportunity to enhance how users—particularly brokers—saved, organized, and collaborated on properties. Traditional “save to list” features were too limited for the complexity of real estate workflows. Brokers needed a way to categorize properties, collaborate with clients, and easily compare options. To address this, we designed Hotlists, a powerful tool that went far beyond simple bookmarking.
