As part of Constrafor’s mission to streamline construction procurement and financial operations, we designed a robust invoicing platform tailored for general contractors. This solution empowers GCs to manage their invoicing processes with precision, transparency, and speed. Through features like detailed invoice status tracking, subcontractor breakdowns, lien waiver status management, and compliance verification, the dashboard provides complete visibility into project-level financials. The interactive charts and intuitive filters help users quickly assess payment progress, pending approvals, and monthly trends. Additionally, our invoicing approval interface simplifies complex invoice reviews into a structured and transparent workflow, enabling GCs to track line items, verify compliance, and communicate internally with ease.
This user-centric design played a pivotal role in securing a major partnership with Skanska, one of the largest construction and development companies in the world. By demonstrating how our platform could reduce manual processing time, eliminate bottlenecks in invoice approvals, and support early payments with complete lien waiver oversight, we showcased a solution that met Skanska’s rigorous standards for compliance and scale. The ability to tailor views for finance teams, project managers, and subcontractors made the system highly adoptable across Skanska’s enterprise workflows, reinforcing Constrafor's position as a trusted innovator in construction technology.
