Context
Government-funded construction projects often require general contractors (GCs) to meet diversity goals—such as a minimum percentage of women, local workers, or apprentices on a project. Traditionally, this process was managed using Excel spreadsheets that GCs emailed to hundreds of subcontractors on a weekly basis.
This system created multiple challenges: subcontractors frequently forgot to fill out their spreadsheets, data was inconsistent, and tracking compliance across hundreds of submissions became nearly impossible.
The Diversity Management platform was built to solve this complexity, streamlining reporting for both GCs and subcontractors.
